How long does shipping take?

If you are living in the UK, US, Canada or Australia, it could take around 20-40 days. But rest assured, we always do our best to process and ship the orders as soon as we can.

Will I pay customs duty tax?

Depending on where you live, you may need to pay a customs tax on the product you have purchased. GetMyAccessory will not cover the customs duty tax and it is not included in the price.

Can I return an item and get a refund?
